1. Go to the “Search” page of Lynk Answers from the top navigation.

2. Click the “Call Transcripts” tab in the search page - here you will be able to view all the transcripts available to you across various workspaces that you are a part of on Lynk Answers.

3. Click on “View Call Transcript” button to view the complete transcript of the consultation.

4. Click "Transcript" to view the Auto Generated Transcript.

5. Click "Download" button to download the script.

6. Sometimes you may see some errors with the transcript If you have not accurately selected the language (accent) of the Member(Expert). You may re-select to generate the transcript again.
