Should my Id/ Address proof match my bank account location?

When signing up on Payoneer, you must provide acceptable ID/Address proof based in the same location as the bank account used. For example, if you are based in the US and want to use a US bank account, then you must provide acceptable US ID/Address proof when signing up. However, if you are based in the US but a citizen of China and can only provide acceptable ID/Address proof from China, then you can only use a bank account based in China.
