What is Share Mode of a Workspace?

A workspace will be searchable by all users of an account if the workspace in on Share Mode. The non-members of the workspace will have view-only access to these workspaces.

Benefits of keeping Workspace on Share Mode:

1. Reduce duplicated time spent on research done by other colleagues
2. New colleagues can ramp up quickly on day 1 of having access to the platform
3. Knowledge and context is not lost when someone leaves your firm
